The Grinding Machine

1. Note the stop screws that go into the slots in parts 5 and 6. Two to three stop screws on both ends - in the picture only one on each end is visible. The universal joint can and must be freely turned!

2. Part 7 should be made thicker. In this picture it is 15mm - better 25mm. Outside diameter could also be bigger.

3.x1 represents the parts being ground or polished with tool etc. Pin 11 height is adjusted so that main arms are horizontal. Weights can be added on top. Preferably circular with a hole in the middle so that pin 11 fits through.
x2 is brass part (no drawing) the ball on the pin 11 fits inside it (loosely). x2 is screwed to plywood block which holds either the tool or the optics element.
